Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom who are aged 18 or over, except employees of the Promoter (Damm 1876 Ltd), their immediate family members, or anyone professionally associated with this promotion.
Purchase and internet access required.
Promotion Period: 00:01 on 15 March 2024 until 23:59 on 31 December 2024. Any entries received outside the promotion period will not be accepted.
To participate: During the Promotion Period purchase a pint of Estrella Damm Beer at any participating venue. Your drink will be supplied with a drink holder which has a QR code. Scan the QR code from the drinks holder and access the promotional microsite. Select your venue from the list available then complete the entry form with your name, email address and venue. All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be submitted into the prize draw for the Main Prize. All entries received from each venue during the Promotion Period will be submitted into the prize draw to win the Runner Up prize for that venue.
Maximum 1 entry per person per hour. Maximum 1 prize per person.
Main Prize: 1 winner will win a 2-night trip for 2 to Barcelona to attend Primavera Sound 2025.** The dates are not yet confirmed. The dates of the prize trip are non-negotiable and if winner cannot attend the prize a reserve will be offered the prize.** Winner must be over 18 at time of participating in the present promotion. The guest must be over 18 at time of travel. Prize includes return economy flights from any UK airport, 2 nights' accommodation in double or twin room, with breakfasts included, at a hotel in Barcelona (minimum 4-star), transport to the Primavera Sound Festival and 2 weekend passes to the Primavera Sound festival. Travel insurance is included but does NOT cover pre-existing medical conditions. Meals except as stated here are not included, hotel transfers from or to the airport are not included. For more details see clause 13;
Runners Up Prizes: 1 entrant from each of the participating venues will win a £50 bar voucher to be used at the main bar in that venue. The bar voucher must be used within 60 days of date of issue, cannot be exchanged for cash and is not redeemable against food. The bar voucher does not have to be redeemed in one visit.
Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize, or part of a prize, for an alternative of equal or greater value.
It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the promotion and on acceptance of their prize. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.

Winner selection: All valid entries received by the Promoter during the Promotion Period will be submitted into the relevant prize draws which will be conducted under the supervision of an independent body within 5 working days of the end of the Promotion Period. One winner and 2 reserves will be selected for each of the prize draws.
Winner notification: The provisional winners will be notified by email to the contact details associated with the winning entry within 1 working day of the winner selection. The provisional winner must respond within 10 working days of the date of first notification, confirming compliance with these terms and conditions and eligibility, at which point the winner will be confirmed. Failure to comply with this timeframe, or failure to provide evidence of compliance with these terms and conditions will result in the provisional winner being disqualified and a reserve will be contacted in the same manner and with the same timeframe and verification requirements. If after approaching 2 reserves the Promoter has failed to allocate the prize, the Promoter shall not be obliged to approach any additional reserves and shall be entitled to withdraw the prize and allocate it as the Promoter sees fit. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email account during this time in case they are a winner.
Further Main Prize details:
1. Winner will be required to provide proof of age and identity and any documentation as reasonably required by the Promoter in order to validate their eligibility to claim the prize;
2. Winner must be over 18 at time of participating in the present promotion. The guest must be over 18 at time of travel.;
3. If the winner is unable to accept the prize, no compensation will be provided;
4. Travel bookings will be made via the Promoter's nominated agency;
5. Once a booking has been confirmed no changes are permitted;
6. If a booking is cancelled no alternative tickets will be issued;
7. Travel Insurance is included in the prize but cover for pre-existing medical conditions is NOT included;
8. All travel is subject to the travel provider's standard terms and conditions. Once booked, travel tickets cannot be altered or amended and no refunds are possible;
9. Prize travel tickets cannot be used in conjunction with any loyalty programme, any other discount, discount coupon(s) or voucher(s), promotion(s) or special offer;
10. Once travel tickets have been issued, the Promoter shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations caused by (but not limited to) weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, or any other circumstances beyond the control of the Promoter or travel companies;
11. All expenses not explicitly set out in these terms and conditions will be the responsibility of the winner;
12. The winner and their guests must adhere to Government guidance and travel requirements in line with ongoing Covid-19 restrictions, including the necessary Covid-19 testing and vaccinations required. The winner will be responsible for the cost of purchasing vaccinations and the necessary Covid-19 testing kits, where necessary;
13. The promoter and the prize provider are not responsible for any loss or damage suffered by the winner and/or their guests in relation to this promotion, the exercise of the prize.
A winner may be requested to participate in publicity arising from the promotion, though for regulatory reasons if a winner is or looks under 25 such publicity will not include photographs of the winners.
Fulfilment or any element of this promotion is delayed or affected due to the continuing Covid-19 pandemic and resulting Government restrictions, any affected entrants will be contacted by the Promoter and kept updated of any unavoidable changes to the promotion or prizes.
Privacy: The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion, the auditing of the entries and the contacting of provisional winner(s) where necessary and for no other purpose unless we have your consent or unless you have opted-in to receive future marketing communications. If you are a winner we may supply your personal details to our third party fulfilment provider in order that they can deliver the prize.
With the exception of winner details set out in clause 18, your personal details will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 as applicable. Your personal data as supplied during this promotion will be deleted not more than 3 months after the end of the Promotion Period (so deletion will be by or on 31 March 2025). Privacy – winner details: The name and region of the winner will be available by sending an email to estrellaproduction@wearequantum.co.uk with "Estrella Damm Primavera pop up Winner" in the subject header to arrive between 17 February 2025 and 31 September 2025. Entrants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by advising the promoter when accepting their prize. We may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify any winner, including their age (via means of photographic identification), before awarding the Prize and refuse to award the Prize or withdraw Prize entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this promotion.
Incomplete, illegal, misdirected or invalid entries, or entries not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will not be accepted.
The Promoter is not liable for third party products or services.
If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures (or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion), the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or does not comply with these Terms and Conditions and to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion or invalidate any affected entries.
If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation. In exceptional circumstances including those described here, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or these terms and conditions.
Insofar as permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for or liable to compensate the entrant, or accept any liability for any personal loss or injury occurring whilst participating in the promotion.
No responsibility can be taken for entries which are late, lost, delayed, corrupted, damaged, misdirected or incomplete or which cannot be delivered for any technical, delivery or other reason. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The Promoter does not guarantee continuous or secure access to the entry site.Entries not in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
If it becomes apparent that an entrant is hiding their identity by using multiple email accounts, manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than their own or any automated means in order to increase that entrant's entries, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel any prize claimed by that entrant in breach of these terms and conditions.
If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
By taking part in this promotion all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
The Promoter's decision is final with regard to all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
These terms and conditions are governed by English law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts unless you live in another part of the UK, in which case your local courts will have jurisdiction.
